What do you mean exactly? You could either use namespaces to group content inside the same wiki, or use multiple installations with some symlinks to share some data between them (like the users) 

What about bug 363 for multiple installation?

I think I remember you suggested to set the "login-cookie" in a way that it is directory dependent (not only site dependent), so that multiple installation would not interfere with other wiki's cookie...
Has anything been done with this?

If I want to submit a patch for this, in which file(s) should I look for?
Any foreseable problems?
