And if we do (optionally) require summaries, is it more user friendly to pop up
a Javascript warning box upon hitting "Save" or to provide an error message on
the next page?
In either case, the message might be: "Oops. You forgot to either enter a
summary or click the minor edit checkbox."
I could do both if the popup is more user friendly but we require server
enforcement. The popup might be better since otherwise the user might walk
away thinking the edit was saved.
