If MoinMoin uses plain textfiles, yes just copyingthem should be enough. There are two things to consider: You need to make sure the files use UTF-8
encoding and you should have a look at wiki:pagename to see which restrictions apply to DokuWiki pagenames (and their according textfiles).

If you write a script to do the conversion be sure to share your code with us.
