[dokuwiki] Migration from MoinMoin

Hi,

I'd like to migrate from MoinMoin to DokuWiki. Is it sufficient to convert
the syntax of the text files and copy them to data directory? Or can I write
a little wrapper script and use php-functions of dokuwiki like 'act_save'?
