p5-HTML-WikiConverter knows about usemod and dokuwiki "dialects" so
you can certainly ease the conversion of you pages with this perl
tool. See: http://search.cpan.org/dist/HTML-WikiConverter/ and the
known dialects http://search.cpan.org/search?query=WikiConverter
which are available as additional packages.
