[dokuwiki] Mediamager not working

Hello,

I'm using the latest stable version of dokuwiki on my Internet provider/

I am unable to upload files.

If I choose a file with a mime type in the list. When I press the upload
button, Firefox will create an error (connection reset) and if I choose a
file with a mimetype not in the list, it will offer to save
mediamanager.php.

I've created a test wiki here http://mvdlugt.nerim.net/dokutest ; the php
configuration of my provider is here http://mvdlugt.nerim.net/info.php

Any hints would be welcome.
