[dokuwiki] Media download problems in firefox

I have uploaded several PDF files to a namspace and provided standard {{ns:doc.pdf}} links to them. When I click the links in IE everything works fine. They download and display. But in FireFox the download dialog appears with the correct file info, but the OK button remains disabled.

Oddly, if I alt-tab to give another window focus and then alt-tab back to the FireFox window the Ok button enables. Also if I hit cancel the first time and try downloading again it often works the second time.

I would say this is a FireFox bug, but I have only seen it happen through our Dokuwiki site. Browsers can react strangely to specific parameters in "content-disposition". I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this and knows of a workaround.
