An issue was just raised by one of the users of fckgLite with respect to its implementation of the fckgLite filebrowser. In fckgLite, only users with edit permission to a namespace can see the contents of the filebrowser for that namespace. This was essentially consistent with pre-Angua distros of Dokuwiki, since only users with edit permission had access to the media manager. But now that there is a public Media Manager button at the bottom of the screen, anyone who comes to a Dokuwiki site with Read Permission can view the contents of the media manager. I was wondering whether this was intentional or a side-effect of having a public Media Manager button.
