[dokuwiki] Imagemagick

Hi, 

I want to use the gallery-plugin from Andi but the quality of the 
jpg-thumbnails is really poor. 

I have may dokuwiki installed in a hoster's webspace.  So I can not install 
imagemagick the way it is described here. Where can I get the convert-tool 
from? And how can I deploy it within my webspace? And should the path be 
relative to dokuwiki or absolute?
