Just uninstalled php-eaccelerator and still have the problem.
Also, I have punbb installed in the same virtual host and have no errors there 

I disabled php safe mode too, and the error is still there.

This DW is a migration from version 2006-03-09

Probably not a problem in any DokuWiki file - you should get a filename instead of Unknown then. Maybe you added some preload file in your php.ini which starts the output?
