[dokuwiki] How to refresh cached CSS and JS?

How do I refresh the cached CSS and JS without purging the entire cache, and 
without issuing a recursive rm for .js and .css files in data/cache (which I 
don't know how to do)?

I didn't see the answer to this on any of these pages:
