"IE 7 and below" is good.


Another point, besides the XML convention, is, that we should
keep the technical common expressions out of the localizations.
Describing it with "words" is understandable for everyone.

I guess some languages (bg, fi, fr, zh) had translated it without usingthe "<" for exactly that reason.

I just pushed the changes for en, de and de-informal. Can we somehowalert the translators to take care of the rest of the languages? Some ofthem have already been translated with the "wrong" character.

Can someone who is in the i18n mailinglist maybe forward this request?
