That sounds more complicated than I imagined it. I was more thinking
about doing wget with some funky options.

But I do not know how to:

  * invoke the print style from the URL line and
  * have dokuwiki return intrawiki links in a format that makes the
    link targets show in print style as well.

Did I miss some documentation?
