If you create your links like this:  [[hambuger helper]] it will
render with spaces, but really be a link to hambuger_helper.txt on
disk .  This even works with namespaces, so [[food:hamburger helper]]
will show up as ''hamburger helper'' and link to
food/hamburger_helper.txt.

Of course, you can always turn on the feature to use the first heading
of the page as its link.  For some wikis that makes sense, for others
it doesn't.  YMMV
