I have used KeePass with success & happiness; PDA & Windows versions (are what
I have used). You could drop the password file on a shared network drive to
access it from two PCs (not sure what would happen if you both tried to access
it at the same timem though). Or just e-mail the keepass database file, so it
lives on both PCs. How often do these passwords change, anyway?
Most of the password vault applications (nice term, BTW), have a master
password to open the database, and then all the passwords are available to you,
no storing them one by one (though entering them all in could be some work, but
there are various ways to import the data, too.
