[dokuwiki] Hide pages while creating/reviewing

Hello.
Is there a way to hide pages from showing up in the index, search
results and "recently changed" while they are being created/reviewed?
It would be great if you could add something like ~~UNDERCONSTRUCTION~~
to make a page "invisible" until it is completed/approved.
