[dokuwiki] Re: Hidden Pages when I'm the Admin

Ok - I checked my setup: I have READ for everything, and as top-level for
ALL. @admin + @manager is DELETE

then there is the following:

private:* @ALL None
wiki:* @ALL None
private:wfo:* @ALL Read

Now I used the HidePage Options:
menu|private|sidebar|store:reel|^wiki|productselection|store-introduction|reportPermissions.xml|cc-error|footer|showcase

AFAIK there should be no more influences. The Result should be, that not
logged-in users wont see the hidden pages and namespaces in the Index.

The Effect is:

 * a not Logged in User still sees the "wiki" - namespace, but no
subpages
 * an Admin does not see any namespace from the hidden pages List above
(e.g. private, showcase ) - neither Overview nor media or another
namespace overview
 * I have namespaces called "widget" and "showcase" that do only
exist as media namespace - "showcase" is not being shown in the media
manager (see hidden pages) - "widget" is ... the Linux Permissions are
the same.

I think what I described above (hope you do understand that^^) is mix of
things you said, but with some other effects that are not correct (to my
understanding) ...

If possible, can you please tell me what I did wrong or where my thoughts
drift into a wrong way?
