Hello Jean Marc,

First of all you should check the error log of your webserver.
For Apache you should find it under /var/log/apache or /var/log/apache2.
Normally you there should find a hint what's wrong.
If you don't understand the error message hopefully there, attach it to
a mail to the list.

Btw, authorisation is usually called permission and i think 777 for the
configuration folder is a bad idea. Everyone could write, delete and
change files there with these permission settings.
