[dokuwiki] Google Adsense Plugin - Ads position

Hello,
I have successfully added Ads from google on my wiki. But they are
displayed on the button of the pages. I would like to know how to position
the ads on the top of the pages, and also if it is possible to have it on my
sidebar menu, as it is also a wiki page.
