[dokuwiki] Re: Globalstart patch

I like solution #3, with the minor change to use the $conf['start']
option, simply because I like to change $conf['start'] to 'home'.  
:-)

I' hadn't seen that tip before, but I will turn it on for our internal
document server at work!
