Hi,
To start study requirements and objectives of this project I create
some mockups to illustrate my and your ideas.
1. List installed plugins:
- Display detailed information (version, author, similar plugins, more
by same author, install date, etc);
- Disable/Enable all or a single plugin, Uninstall all or a single
plugin, Update all or a single plugin.

2. Search for plugins:
- Search for every types (syntax, action, admin, ...);
- Show popular tags;
- Display detailed information (version, author, similar plugins, more
by same author, install date, etc);
- Install.
