[dokuwiki] GPLv3

Hello!

I'm looking to use DokuWiki in a corporate application, and the current
GPLv2 is acceptable to our legal department. However, a GPLv3 would not
be. Is there any chance DokuWiki will move to GPLv3 in a near-future
version? We would like to be able to use it and keep it current with
future versions.
