[dokuwiki] Re: Footnote fix, identical footnotes amalgamated

Hi Timo,

For FF, it looks very much like your browser is using a cached CSS file.
Can you try again forcing the browser to get fresh copies of all files.

IE issues should now be fixed.

A couple of minor improvements made to simplify markup used for generation
of footnote popup.

Test page, http://wiki.jalakai.co.uk/dokuwiki/doku.php/test2 updated,
browsers will need to force refresh of scripts.js and design.css.  This page
is now also available on a purer reference site,
http://wiki.jalakai.co.uk/dokuwiki_0/doku.php/test2 - which runs vanilla
(latest darcs) dokuwiki (no templates, no custom plugins).
