Has something changed to cause this? Well, obviously it has, what I
meant really was is there something needs re-coding in the indexmenu
plugin or has something been overlooked in the new version?

Please could you check that you updated the indexmenu plugin?

Of course, sorry, I should have checked that before reporting the
error. All is well now and I'm running RC3.

(There were also some function prototype errors in clearfloat but
that's an old (and maybe little used) plugin so I just fixed them
myself.)
