[dokuwiki] FCKW release 0.3 - wysiwyg even better ;)

hi all,
i am very happy to announce the version 0.3 of the fckw plugin.
among other things, the improvements of this version are:
* native dokuwiki mediamanger to the FCKeditor (!!!)
* images alignement in FCKeditor
* improved links and images handling (internal, external, ...)
* added support for many syntax elements: monospace, smileys,
non-parsed blocks, embedded html and php, code blocks (incl.
highlighting),
control macros (~~NOTOC~~, ~~NOCACHE~~), ...
and much more.
it can be tested [1] or installed [2].
CLEAR YOUR CACHE BEFORE PLAYING WITH THE NEW VERSION.
i'd predict a 0.4 release before the 1.0 ;)
please report bugs you find here. and i am open to improvement ideas.
