[dokuwiki] Dokuwiki and X-forwarded-for?

Hello - it appears to me that dokuwiki doesn't support the X-Forwarded-For
HTTP directive. With a load balancer in front of it, all visitors seem to
have the same IP address . Has someone already written a plugin/modification
that makes it support it?
