[dokuwiki] Dokukiwix 0.1 "Call for developers"

Ok, worked on it a big part of the day, here is a first version. This
is not ready to be released, but gives you an idea of what I am
working on, and more importantly, may interest people to help me with
the code.

It still needs comments, license stuff, greetings to andy who wrote
the indexer plugin this one is based on, I also have some features I
would like to see implemented...

The script is still called OfflineVersionBuilder, but I plan to rename
it to Dokukiwix, as the main idea is to use the output of it with
kiwix. Extensive documentation will be written about that - I think it
is what dokukiwix needs to make people aware of how cool it is :)

So, please, give it a try, give feedback, and help would be appreciated :)
