[dokuwiki] DokuWikiFCKW.pm not working?

Hello.

I've spent some time trying to get the FCKW DokuWiki plugin working in my 
DokuWiki 2008-05-05 installation.

THe instrucions at http://wiki.flux-cms.org/display/DOKU/Installation seem to 
work, but html2wiki does not accept the dialect DokuWikiFCKW.

The DokuWiki installation is running in a Windows/IIS environment with PHP 5 
and ActiveState Perl. I have manually copied DokuWikiFCKW.pm from 
plugins\fckw\lib (BTW there is another DokuWikiFCKW.pm in plugins\fckw\lib\lib 
with a different size, why?) to the C:\Perl\site\lib\HTML\WikiConverter folder, 
testing html2wiki produces this result:

C:\>html2wiki -list
Can't locate object method "attributes" via package "HTML::WikiConverter::DokuWi
kiFCKW" (perhaps you forgot to load "HTML::WikiConverter::DokuWikiFCKW"?) at C:\
Perl\bin/html2wiki line 55.

Suspecting the ActiveState Perl environment to be at fault, I tried doing the 
install on a Ubuntu machine:

user@ubuntu:~$ html2wiki -list
Can't locate object method "attributes" via package 
"HTML::WikiConverter::DokuWikiFCKW" (perhaps you forgot to load 
"HTML::WikiConverter::DokuWikiFCKW"?) at /usr/local/bin/html2wiki line 58.

Have I missed something obvious or is DokuWikiFCKW.pm broken?

The end result if I activate the fckw plugin, I can edit pages but when I try 
to save them (and html2wiki is used) I get a HTTP 500. The page has been saved 
with a zero file size and has been removed by DokuWiki (by design).
