That sounds great - is this php hackers only or also for interested dokuwiki-users?
Anyway, I live real close to St. Augustin (20 minutes from flat to venue with public transport) and could offer one accommodation - most likely a bed sofa, worst case would be air mattress. Just send me a PM and let me know.
