[dokuwiki] DokuMintTea - API Documentation Generator for DokuWiki

I just recently built something that I think that some DokuWiki users
might find interesting.

I call it DokuMintTea, it is yet another Javadoc-style parser, but this
one is a little differently.  First of all, it uses the reflection
classes to parse and generate the documentation, and second of all, it
writes the documentation directly to the DokuWiki namespace of your
choosing.

Its very alpha quality at this point, but if you are interested in
