 Our wiki has a "what's new on the wiki" page, which is linked to from
the main start page.

 I'd like to be able to have the start page link automatically look
something like "what's new on the wiki (last changed: oct 20 2006 )".

 There's the lastmod plugin, but that's for the last time that the
_current_ page was modified -- before I start trying to adapt that one,
is there an existing way to do this?
