[dokuwiki] DIR Plugin

On the plugin page for the DIR plugin, it says that it's compatible
with ""*DokuWiki
2006-11-06*. I recently installed version 2007-06-26b (a brand new clean
install) but am interested in using this DIR plugin. I decided to try it
anyway, but I ran into some problems.

When I simply insert ~~DIR~~ it properly lists pages on my install; however,
when I try to use a more advanced function (such as
~~DIR:cols=page;user;mdate~~) it tells me "There are no documents to show."
Is there some kind of compatibility issue with 2007-06-26b?

If I find the time in the near future, I may start digging into the plugin
code myself, but being that I'm unfamiliar with DokuWiki plugin syntax, I
figured it be much quicker to see if anybody out there had a quick answer.
