[dokuwiki] Config plugin, no save button

  Hello,


  Testing a pristine current dokuwiki instance, there is no "Save"
  button showing up in the configuration plugin page.

  local.php:
  $conf['useacl']      = 1;
  $conf['superuser']   = 'test';

  revision: DokuWiki Darcs 2006-02-24
