[dokuwiki] Citation plugin

Hi all,

I'm interested in converting my current citation hack from the
monobook template into a plugin, and I thought I'd do it via an export
plugin so we could have nice urls like:

http://example.com/wiki/linux:installation&rev=123123132&do=export_cite

The export plugins I've tested are good, but none include the template
with them.

The current hack (for monobook only) replaces tpl_content(), but still
renders everything as if it's a wiki page.

I'd like to do the same, but in export plugin form.

I thought the pirate plugin might do this, but yarr, export_pirate be
a foul mistress.

Any insight?
