That's a whole lot easier said than done in reality, I'd have to set
up a second Firefox profile and always choose which to use when
starting Firefox.  More hassle than the user change in DokuWiki.

The best option would be a way to turn off all the extras in database2
but at the moment there's no easy way to do that.

Apart from this database2 is a brilliant plugin.
