I had the same problem with safari today. I fixed it by adding some z-index CSS 
properties - the popup was below the the div (don't ask me why). This seems to 
work in my konqueror here - can check if you have all the latest patches?

Yes... well I don't maybe this doesn't work with overflow:auto divs ?

Well this isn't comparable anymore ;-) DokuWiki's code is nearly completely 
rewritten and uses UTF-8 which makes some things much harder...
