You never had a job like this, did you? I mean beeing a moderator of a forum or 
maintaining a mailing list...
Users that are just too lazy/stupid/whatever to read only a minimal part of the 
manual or to search for about 1-5 Minutes, but instead annoy hundreds of other 
people on a mailing list with such a... sorry... 
so-simple-that-it's-already-a-stupid question...
Btw, why didn't YOU answer him?
