[dokuwiki-i18n] Various Calendars

Hi,

There are some various calendars around the world, like Gregorian, Persian,
Hijri and ... .
Is it possible to add these calendars to DokuWiki?

If you wants, I can do this for you and add a new option in "Configuration
Settings" in admin section to choose calendar.

We can make an interface function for "strftime" to return various dates.
(there are only 22 strftime in source code) And we need one file for
conversion functions.
