Ray,

Very good point. Having a means at the site for users to rate, review,
comment on parameter sets would be extremely useful.

Perhaps a list of application areas could be provided by IFPSC and
each user is free to rate a parameter set's viability or suitability
for those application areas on a scale of 1-5. (Providing an option to
put in free text will be helpful as an explanation for the individual
rating.) One could search the site and get rankings of parameters sets
based on available scores for application areas.

I'm thinking of the same type of user input for OpenFPGA with respect
to components that are developed in the open source community for
reconfigurable computing.
