Dear customer, Regarding the MySql databases previously installed on Bart, it was impossible to recover the data. We are very sorry about this loss of data. We do backup accounts (this is why you still have yours today) but, unfortunately, the previous version of Ensim didn't allow to backup the MySql databases as well as the other files. This is why we always recommend to backup your tebles weekly, as least. But now, we finally recovered from the recent server crash. We have transfered all the accounts to another server (Marge). As you dicovered, the Ensim Control Panel installed is a new version and some settings has changed.
