We apologise for the current server outage.
This is due to a customer using an insecure php upload script.
This allowed a person with malicious intent to upload dangerous files.
This in turn led to failure of a hard disk drive.
The data is recoverable and is being transferred to a new drive as you
read this.
We expect all services should be back before 8:00 GMT.
Again, I apologise for any inconvenience or loss of business caused.
