I think I can see what is happening although I am not sure what I can do
about it as yet.
The problem is that a function that checks the files date stamp returns 0 as
'not found' or error so if the stamp is zero the file will be rejected and,
of course, as with so many many of the dll functions that function does a
number of other things but where there is a will a way will be found.
Give me a couple of days and I should be able to fix it although to test it
I will have to manage to make a file with a zero time stamp.
Another question I should have asked is - what is your time zone (probably
does not matter now).
