Do you have an audio track with True Pianos as the input? If so, are both the
MIDI and audio tracks unmuted? Lastly, are the trim and volume of the audio
track turned up to where you should definitely hear something?

hi everybody,
I did a project that contains 2 tracks of truepianos, I want to cut
one of the tracks and paste it into another project, after I have cut
the track and pasted it I have added truepianos in order to hear the
sounds from the synth but no sound is going on.
truepianos didn't appear in the input field of the new track.
what am I doing wrong?
