Check our CakeTalking FAQ at
http://www.dancingdots.com/ctfaq.htm
for the Q&A on
? Q: Is it possible to run JFW through my soundcard on my computer while
running my music through my external sound card?

I'm thinking that you have not properly set up to use two soundcards and
sometimes Windows plays sounds through your low-end card and sometimes it
does not.

If you don't have two cards, you will need to acquire a second, high-end
card. Go to http://www.dancingdots.com/prodesc/soundcards.htm for a
selection of cards we sell and support that sound great and have accessible
control panels.

Musically yours,
Bill

Hello:
Usually it isn't necessary to press f6 when you first start sonar and cake
talking. If you do get that message, try pressing page down, then page up
to put as many tracks as possible on the screen at once.
