[ddots-l] trouble installing sonar on windows 7 64 bit. error code 183

Hi, when i try to install sonar it works fine but when i try to
install the patches it says error code 183 can't replace file that has
already been created. I tryed running it as admin and disabling UAC as
well. Any help?
