Hello:
You may need to recalibrate the receiver and transmitter. Press the little
button on the receiver, the part that connects to your computer, and hold down
the top left button on the tranzport itself for a couple of seconds. See if
that helps. And of course, make sure the batteries are in the right way.

I just moved and had to brake down my system. I had no problems putting it
back together except my tranzport. I reconnected the USB cable but the
tranzport is not working. I changed the batteries that's the only thing I can
think of to do. Any suggestions? I don't want to uninstall and reinstall it,
because when I installed it first time, Jaws went in to demo mode.
