I recently got a new computer and finally got everything up and running. Last night I recorded some audio tracks, and some of the editing functions I normally use are not working for me. I will select a portion of a track, press delete(JAWS does not say “delete” like it usually would), it will not delete what I selected, but will delete much more than what I selected. Also, it allows me to copy a selected track, but will not paste for me. One adjustment I did make recently to Sonar is I raised the buffer size for both play back and record from 256 to 512 because when it was at 256 it was dropping out every two or three seconds whether I was recording or playing something back. Not sure if this buffer change has any effect on these editing tasks that I am having problems with. Also, with my new computer I got JAWS 13, so not sure if that is complicating things too?
