It says nothing about installation.
I have successfully installed the first CD. My question is the next four CDs.
When I insert the second CD, it doesn't have even the word Installation in its
menu. So, what can I do if I didn't see the installation pop up.

Yes, I am sure that it is the second CD.
But, when I insert the second CD, first, I got SL/Avatar, next, I got
Sounds, next I got three things, soundb3obw, soundb8.obw and soundb9obw. I
don't know what these three things are. When I press Enter one of them, message
comes Window cannot open this file. So, I couldn't continue.

You didn't explain what went wrong. do you know that you were putting in
CD 2? Do you have sighted assistance to make sure you've installed the correct
CD as second?

I just bought Toontrack superior drummer 2.0. I am trying to install
it. But, I got five CDs, and I am trying to install the first CD. But, when I
try to install the second CD, I didn't find it easy as normal installation. Any
