[ddots-l] studio treatment

Guys, are there any inexpensive materials out there that you guys have used
for studio room treatment. Someone suggested to me that anything that
absorbs sound, -- but yeah,. so many things out there!  Any ideas please?
I really need to get this room all treated eventually.
