yes it's possible with soundforge.
in Sonar you go to "audio effects", up arrow and you find soundforge. Then up
arrow to "time stretch". Enter.
Here three options:
1 time and minutes
2 porcent
3 tempo
many tabs and you find the option: "final time or final tempo". You tape your
new rhythm. Again some tabs for the "initial time", ok and it's allright.

You can acidize them in SoundForge. Don't know how, just know that it is
possible. What exactly did you want to do?
It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but you can stretch pitch
in Sonar.

a drum loop that is 80 BPM and strech it to 76 BPM or vice versa? Thanks
